As the CEO and Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) of Nexlevel Consulting Services, LLC, Davis prefers the title of CRO because the foundation for any successful change management, training and enterprise resource planning (ERP) effort within an organization is relationships.
Davis is an Inventive Oracle Applications Leader with a track record for defining, building and optimizing best in class Application Implementations, Training and Change Management Operations. For the past 16 years, Davis has performed many roles throughout numerous enterprise resource planning implementations to include Project Manager, Training Lead, Requirements Expert and Business Analyst. Yet, one consistent theme throughout her experience is the need to foster and sustain relationships.
Davis' reputation for strengthening key relationships ensures the client input is at the forefront, along with internal and external departments. Her company is dedicated to serve as the Lead in defining enterprise technology strategies/solutions that reduce costs, improving efficiencies, supporting organizational goals and maximizing the technology investment. Davis and her team are committed to serve as beacons of support for companies to empower clients to take control and sustain their projects once 'Go-Live' has occurred.
Under Davis’s leadership, Nexlevel Consulting Services is considered a highly valued partner in the ERP Applications sector supporting all level of Organizational Readiness from Senior Leadership through End User communities within the areas of Training and Change Management.
Raised in New Castle, Delaware, Davis earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from George Mason University, a Change Management Practitioner’s Certification from APMG International and a Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
